Booking policy
- Appointments CANNOT be booked months in advance.
- NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT. A $25 Deposit is required for all services. (Deposit goes towards your balance & can be refunded with a proper notice. One deposit per person and/or service.)
- Shampoo included in all services; if you do not wish to have this service, you MUST come with your hair shampooed & product free for best results. (DO NOT wash your hair 1 week prior to chemical services.)
- Travel/HOUSE CALLS: Message us before booking if you need someone to come to you. (Illinois areas ONLY! Fees apply)
- Appointments will be CANCELLED or LATE FEE added after 15 minutes.
- Showing up with your previous hairstyle still in without booking a ”Take-down service" will result in cancellation or extra fees.
- Cash, debit or credit card accepted. (Card fees apply) Swipe, chip, tap, apple/android or samsung pay
- No extra people allowed.
