Appointments CANNOT be booked months in advance.
NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT. A $25 Deposit is required for all services. (Deposit goes towards your balance & can be refunded with a proper notice. One deposit per person and/or service.)
Shampoo included in all services; if you do not wish to have this service, you MUST come with your hair shampooed & product free for best results. (DO NOT wash your hair 1 week prior to chemical services.)
Travel/HOUSE CALLS: Message us before booking if you need someone to come to you. (Illinois areas ONLY! Fees apply)
Appointments will be CANCELLED or LATE FEE added after 15 minutes.
Showing up with your previous hairstyle still in without booking a ”Take-down service" will result in cancellation or extra fees.
